Order Processing Time

Items that are immediately available are dispatched within three business days from the date you place your order. There is a possibility that a product listed on our website may be out of stock. If you order an out-of-stock item, it will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available, provided we have informed you beforehand via email or phone and you have agreed to the delayed shipment.

Available Shipping Methods

Our company partners with ELTA Courier and Geniki Taxydromiki for product deliveries. Delivery of shipments is prompt (usually within 1-3 days). In case your area is classified as hard-to-reach (remote), the delivery time is 2-4 business days and you are not charged any additional shipping fees. Delivery times may vary during holidays, periods of high workload, and due to force majeure (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, strikes). Additionally, you have the option to choose a transport agency or courier that suits you (e.g., ACS, Speedex, local agency), where the delivery time will be based on your agreement with them.

What delivery options do I have?

1) Delivery to your location You receive your order via the courier company (ELTA Courier or Geniki Taxydromiki).

2) Pick up from your nearest ELTA Courier store You can collect your order by presenting the order's tracking number (sent to you via email or provided by us over the phone).

3) Pick up from your nearest Geniki Taxydromiki store You can collect your order by presenting the order's tracking number (sent to you via email or provided by us over the phone).

4) Pick up via a transport agency of your choice You receive your order at your location or pick it up from the transport agency's facility, based on the arrangement you have made.

5) Store pickup By presenting your order number (sent via email or provided over the phone) or simply by giving your name, you can collect your order daily from our physical store in Tavros, at 13 25is Martiou & Teo Streets.

Shipping Costs

1) The delivery fee via ELTA Courier or Geniki Taxydromiki is €5 (final price including VAT) for packages weighing up to 4 kg anywhere in Greece. Exceptions apply for heavy and bulky products, for which the shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process.

2) If you choose Cash on Delivery, there is an additional charge of €3 (final price including VAT).

3) If you select a transport agency of your choice, the charge is determined upon mutual arrangement.

Who can sign for the delivery?

Your order can also be received by a third party. Upon delivery, the courier will request a form of ID and a signature on the delivery receipt.

Actions Upon Receipt

In the event that you receive a parcel bearing visible damage or signs of tampering, please take a photo of it before opening it. Furthermore, it is important to report the condition of the package to the courier employee at the exact time of delivery. This procedure is necessary for us to be able to process any potential compensation claim.

What happens if I am not available?

If you are absent when the partnered courier company (ELTA Courier or Geniki Taxydromiki) attempts delivery: you will receive an SMS notification if you provided your mobile phone number, or the courier will leave a delivery notice. Your order will then be scheduled for re-delivery on the following business day.
