Returns and Cancellations Policy
Our business aims to provide high-quality products and services. In case you are not satisfied or the product you purchased does not meet your original requirements, you can proceed with a return/replacement according to the following terms:
Product Returns - Replacement
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. The products must be in their original condition, without any wear or use (this applies to both the product and its packaging), and must be accompanied by the purchase receipt / invoice.
After the necessary inspection, the product will be replaced with an alternative item that meets the customer's needs, or a refund will be issued.
Refunds will be made via deposit into a bank account designated by the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Defective Products
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 10 days from the date of receipt, providing a relevant description and, if possible, photographic evidence.
After the necessary inspection and confirmation of the defect, we offer the following options:
- Replacement of the product with a new one, at no additional charge
- Full refund of the purchase value
- Store credit for a future purchase (if agreed upon)
Order Cancellations
Cancellations can be made before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, the product return procedure will apply.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
